Exercise comes in many different forms as we do ourselves, but how do you know which is the right you form of exercise for you ?

At MFS I’ll start you off with a comprehensive lifestyle and fitness assessment so I have a clear picture of your medical and exercise history up to the present day.

The next stage would be for me to take your results and design a tailor made programme for your individual needs. Every time you visit you will be expertly taken through your programme on a 1-2-1 basis with sole use of the fitness studio.This means you will have my undivided attention to make sure your session is both effective and enjoyable.
